We are looking for a strong candidate with an extensive digital marketing background who possesses the capability to lead the marketing direction for the company and manage and develop a small team of marketers.

Role Responsibilities:
  • Develop sales forecasts, marketing budgets and track execution, ROI and spend. 
  • Direct daily management of all marketing channels including retail, email, SEO, PPC, Social Media and video. 
  • Work with team to develop and maintain an integrated marketing strategy for the brand. 
  • Develop, maintain and communicate project, event and promotional calendars. 
  • Planning and execution of marketing projects. • Direct the development of all functional aspects of the website and user experience. 
  • Devise strategies to drive online traffic to the website; track conversion rates and make improvements to the website. 
  • Improve the usability, design, content and conversion of the website. 
  • Review new technologies keeping the company at the forefront of developments in digital marketing. 
  • Monitor competitors to achieve and maintain a competitive advantage. 
  • Analyze site performance, customer, industry, and marketplace data and trends; recommend and implement improvements based upon findings. 
  • Mentor and develop staff to ensure maximum utilization of their talents; foster a strong sense of teamwork. 
  • Provide excellent communication of projects, initiatives and results to all levels of the organization. 

Required Skills:
  • Demonstrated understanding of ecommerce, mobile and digital marketing. 
  • Solid background in managing PPC spend and driving SEO improvements. 
  • Strong knowledge of digital marketing trends. 
  • Ability to manage several project and initiatives simultaneously to achieve results. 
  • Expertise using web analytics and sales data to formulate plans to drive results. 
  • Demonstrated ability to implement digital tools and website features to drive improved conversion and sales. 
  • Eye for developing great user interfaces. • Strong organizational and management skills
